Mosiah 14: 4

"Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him as stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted."

Jesus Christ suffered our sorrows, our pains, trials, sicknesses, and sins.  He has felt all the hardness in life that we will go through.  He did this so that we would not have to.  If we turn to him we can feel relief, comfort, and joy!
